Q1: Getting a Rank is a BIG Deal! But a Single Digit Rank is – “Khuda Jaaney Yeh Kyu Hua Hain”? Is this true or were you aware that you will score a Rank?
A1: Well , no one can predict a rank because it a relative reference not just dependant on individual marks.
I was confident about my papers and A single digit rank is something I had not thought off even in my wildest dreams.
Q2: Usually everyone feels that only Extra Ordinary INTELLIGENT students get a Rank in CA Exam? Do you feel this is a myth and actually it’s the HARD WORK or SMART WORK that makes a difference?
A2: If you can construct a triangular model with Intelligence, Hard Work and Smart Work as its edges, then I guess you have covered all bases. The fun fact is that all these qualities can be developed over time and nobody is just born with them.
Q3: What made you choose CA?
A3: My thought process for pursuing CA is that a CA student essentially gains in depth knowledge in 6-7 subjects and there is immense scope to make a career in any of the fields. This course is dynamic and ever changing and it helps me to stay updated with latest economic, financial and legal developments.
Q4: CA is tough! Is it a cliché or yes it is a truth that you can’t deny?
A4: A Famous saying is "If it comes easy, it is not worth it " Rather than debating about the difficulty level of the course (which is an uncontrollable factor) , let us focus on our own preparations (controllable factor). If you have 'truly' decided to pursue CA , focus on studies (the process) rather than result(outcome).
If the process is well designed , the outcome will be favourable.
Q5: So, once you decided to take CA INTERMEDIATE Coaching, how did you decide to join an Online Coaching and not an offline, face to face classes?
A5: I wanted to be my own master in terms of the time I study and the pace at which I study.
Online classes truly satisfied this criteria.
Q6: Out of all the Online CA Classes, what made you join Koncept Education?
A6: Several factors worked in favour to choose Koncept Education.
The fees are very reasonable , there are unlimited views for each video and now there are test series as well.
Conceptual clarity is a key driver.
Q7: So, in KonceptCA Lectures, we have taken a different approach. In our lectures, usually you do not see the faculties face. Its only the faculties voice + a paper on which the faculty explains. Did you find this approach better?
A7: The approach surely worked for me :P and I believe CONTENT is more important than medium of delivery and both are fantastic at Koncept Education.
Q8: Describe your study experience at KonceptCA in detail for practical as well as theory subjects and how did you prepare for each subject?
A8: I must say Yash Sir (who teaches practical subjects) has a very unique auro when it comes to teaching. Some chapters contain technical jargons which gets confusing but Sir divides the chapters into major concepts and explains them in relatable fashion.
On the other hand , Ruchika Ma'am (who teaches Theoretical subjects) emphasizes the importance of Key Words which is THE MOST Important factor for writing any theory paper.
The amendment videos would give you an idea about the extensive knowledge of the faculties and their unique style of teaching.
Q9: Was the content provided by KonceptCA enough for your preparation?
A9: I never let my curiosity die and therefore I always research alot.
I strongly believe in "Gyaan jaha se mil raha hai lelo".
However , it is equally important to keep in mind the scope of examinations and for that the material is relevant.
Q10: What was your parents role throughout your CA INTERMEDIATE preparation considering your father is also a CA?
A10: It goes without saying that my Parents were my biggest inspiration in my journey. In the last few months before examinations , it really helps if you have someone with whom you cam spend the rare free time and rejuvenate and I found that company with my Mother.
Whenever my mind went the wrong direction , I would bank on the fact that my father is a CA as well and that dreams do come true if you work hard enough.
Q11: Describe those 16 days of exam.
A11: 16 Days… The make or break period. There is only One thing which you HAVE to do in that i.e Revise. This eliminates any scope for confusion.
Be prospective in the sense that NEVER THINK ABOUT THE PERVIOUS PAPER FOCUS ON THE NEXT PAPER.
Q12: Any final suggestion you would want to give to students who would be giving their CA INTER Exams?
A12: Chartered Accountants in short CA and you need to promise yourself two letters.
C - commitment
A - ambition
